NIGHT SWIMMING!!!!! POOLS / HOT TUBS OPEN TILL 11pm
- Chasin Rays is located near the center of the building on the second floor (just 16 steps, no need for the elevator)
- Includes complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella setup for two March through October, no more lugging those sandy chairs around!!
- Two large pools, one of which is HEATED in the cooler months

- The Tiki Bar is a poolside full-service bar and serves delicious frozen drinks and other beverages
- Large balcony that looks directly out over the pools and the beach. Seasonal sunsets are spectacular
- Electric Fireplace for visual entertainment only (does not provide heat)
- Newly renovated elevators (there's four) if you need them. You can easily be at the pool or on the beach within a minute or two
- The condo was recently updated with new paint, bedroom flooring, toilets, appliances, furniture and bedding.
- One bedroom with a new king size bed, two twin size bunks built into the hallway and a new sleeper sofa.
- Hallway can be closed off allowing for privacy in the living room
- The bath and a half consist of a vanity adjacent to the master bedroom connected to a tub / shower combination and toilet, with another connecting bathroom that has a sink and toilet.
- The baths are configured with doors that allow each section to be separate allowing the master bedroom to have its own bathroom and the other half bath to be separate for other guests.
- Washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience as well as an iron and ironing board
- Kiddie pool, indoor hot tub, two outdoor hot tubs, a fitness center and game room.
- Large grassy area with swings that allow you to find some peace and quiet away from the pools
- Bikini Bob’s Bar and Grill, near the hot tubs, provides great drinks and food for a reasonable price, including ice-cream
- The Summit Market is also on site and is great for picking up last minute items and has a good selection of beer and snacks.
- Rental kiosk is on the beach for additional chairs, jet skis, banana boat rides and parasailing
- The WHITE sand beaches here are among the most beautiful in the world
- Many restaurants within walking distance from the Summit including The Big Easy, Wendy’s, Hershey’s Ice Cream and several local owned eateries
- Walmart is less than one mile away

House Rules
- MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY OF 5 GUESTS - PER PCB CITY CODE -- PCB VRC# 48646
- NO SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED IN THE UNIT
- NO PETS ALLOWED - NO EXCEPTIONS
- MINIMUM AGE TO BOOK IS 25. WE MAY REQUIRE A PHOTO ID AT OUR DISCRETION (Required during Spring Break per PCB)
- The Summit Resort charges a one time fee of $27 upon your arrival for a parking pass and 5 wristbands that must be worn during your stay. This is a one time fee, paid when you arrive and is not included in your quote
- The Summit is a gated and secured resort with 24 hour on site security
- Parking is limited to one spot on site from Memorial Day through Labor Day
- Additional public pay parking is available at 9941 Thomas Drive for over size vehicles, rv's or overflow parking. (across from Ripley's Believe It or Not -- about 0.8 miles away)
- REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING:
- RENTAL AGREEMENT MUST BE SIGNED
- A $500 CREDIT CARD "SECURITY HOLD" MUST BE SCHEDULED FOR 1 DAY PRIOR TO CHECK IN
- A VALID PHOTO ID IF REQUESTED (at our discretion)
FAQ:
WHY DO WE ASK FOR RENTAL AGREEMENT AND $500 SECURITY HOLD??
We ask everyone coming to Chasin Rays to sign a rental agreement because helps us with our insurance rates. We also ask our guests to schedule a $500 "security hold" on a credit card. It is just a hold, not an actual charge and it is scheduled 1 day prior to your arrival. We do this because it helps protect us from theft / intentional damage. The "security hold" is released as soon as our cleaner verifies nothing was stolen or intentionally damaged. We feel this helps keep those who would do such damage from booking with us. These items help us lower our operating costs, that we in turn can pass on to our guests through our rates.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
**THERE IS A $49 NON-REFUNDABLE CANCELLATION FEE FOR ALL RESERVATIONS**
1. IF A CANCELLATION OCCURS MORE THAN 45 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, THE GUEST WILL RECEIVE A REFUND OF THE
AMOUNT PAID MINUS THE $49 CANCELLATION FEE.
2. IF A CANCELLATION OCCURS LESS THAN 30 DAYS BUT GREATER THAN 14 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, THE GUEST WILL
RECEIVE A 50% REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID MINUS THE $49 CANCELLATION FEE.
3. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS IF A CANCELLATION OCCURS LESS THAN 14 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
